Join the Brown Parent Forum on Bloomz

Hopefully everyone has signed up for your Bloomz classroom sites, and started using the handy Bloomz app. (If you haven’t heard about Bloomz yet, be sure to get a classroom invite code from your teachers).

Bloomz is going to be a fantastic resource for Brown parents and guardians going forward. And to make things even easier, the PTA is moving our private Brown Yahoo Group to Bloomz as well. The new group is called the “Brown Parent Forum,” and every parent/guardian with a current Brown student is welcome to join!

The Brown Parent Forum on Bloomz is a secure, private source for communications, announcements and reminders from the PTA to all parents, as well as a place for parents to share school-related news and photos. Be sure to join, and don’t miss out on anything happening at Brown!

How to Join:

(1) If you haven’t already set up a Bloomz account: go to and click “Join Bloomz.” Enter the invitation/access code, and enter the information requested. Please email if you would like to request a access code. Click “Join Group,” and wait for approval. Please note you will need a different code to join your child’s classroom. Check your “Home” screen on Bloomz for updates from the group!

(2) If you already have a Bloomz account: log in to Bloomz. On the lefthand side of the screen, click on “Add/Join Group.” Enter the invitation/access code, and wait for approval. Totally Tennyson Saturday, April 29

While most attendees just come for the fun; to relive their memories of the 70’s or to imbibe amidst 80’s-inspired costumes, Totally Tennyson was started as one of the noblest fundraisers in town, disguised as the best annual adult party in Denver.

You don’t have to be a parent to come party at NW Denver’s 7th annual Totally Tennyson, presented by Nostalgic Homes, on Tennyson Street, April 29, from 4 to 10 p.m. Raising funds for 18 participating NW Denver Public Schools, this event has donated more than $250,000 in the past and hoping to raise another $60,000 this year! Who knew dressing up like Mr. T or rubbing elbows with Richard Simmons and Madonna helped expand our Denver kids’ minds?!

Limited tickets now available for this April 29th street party — featuring destinations from bars, restaurants, shops, live music and more. Enjoy live music, a variety of cool destinations and activities, this street crawl on Tennyson runs from W. 35th to 46th Avenues. Tickets to this unique experience begin at $35 with ticket proceeds going directly to participating schools. After the main event, your ticket also allows you to enjoy a lively concert by 6 Million Dollar Band. Get your tickets  NOW!

Eventbrite - Totally Tennyson 2017 - presented by Nostalgic Homes

Totally Tennyson is a 70s-80s-90s-themed street crawl event style fundraiser celebrating all things from those decades. Enjoy food, drink, and music supplied by the generous Tennyson Street businesses. A cash costume contest and a performance by the Ultimate 80s Experience and 6 Million Dollar Band culminate the evening at the Oriental Theater.
