2009 Canned Food Drive

Brown is sponsoring a Canned Food Drive to help families in need this
winter. As caring members of our community, we help people in need. All food
donations will be donated to the Food Bank of the Rockies.

We will begin collecting cans on Tuesday, October 27 at the Fall Festival.
Please bring at least one can per person as an entry donation to the Fall
Festival.

When we return from Fall Break, we will start a Can Competition between
classrooms. The classroom with the most cans collected will win a pizza
party!

By collecting cans, you will help families in need of food in NW Denver and
you could also win money for school supplies at Brown. Madison Capital, a
local

company, will donate $2,500 to the school that collects the most cans and
$1,000 to the runner-up school. Please show commitment to your community by
donating cans to families in need!
