We’re excited to invite you to our Annual BIA Thanksgiving Lunch, hosted by the BIA lunch team, staff and the Brown International PTA. Join us as we share a warm meal, connect with one another, and celebrate the spirit of community. And please consider coming early or late to volunteer and run meals.

Time: 10:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. – see schedule below for grade-level meal times
Location: BIA Cafeteria and Gym
Tickets: $7.25 per adult (limit 2 per family, includes $0.25/ticket credit card processing fee)*
No need to purchase tickets if you are not planning to eat
Priority deadline to purchase: Wednesday, October 29
🙋♀️ We Need You! Volunteer During a Lunch Shift
To help this beloved event run smoothly, we need volunteers during each lunch shift — and it’s a fun and easy way to be part of the day, even if you’re also attending lunch with your child.
Here’s where we need help:

✅ Food Runners (4 per shift)
Shifts are short! You can sign up for a time before or after your student’s meal, so you don’t miss out on making memories.
