This year will be my 16th year teaching at Brown. I spent seven years teaching in Southern California before moving back to Colorado. I have taught second through fourth grade, and even spent time as an intervention teacher. I have found that second graders are my favorite. I love teaching at an IB school because the students get to learn about the world around them and love to take action in their community and beyond.
My daughter, Grace, is a seventh grader at GALS. We love to go to Rockies games, walk our dog Suki, go on hikes, and try to be silly together as much as possible.
I also love to read, spend time with friends and family, and travel to new places. I can’t wait until we get to do that again!
