We will be hosting in-person tours for school choice every Friday morning at 8 am from December 1st through February 9th. The DPS SchoolChoice Round 1 enrollment window for the 2024-25 school year opens at 10 a.m. on Jan. 11 and runs through Feb. 12, 2024 at 4 p.m.

Neighborhood Boundary School
All kindergarten through 5th grade students are guaranteed a seat at their neighborhood or boundary school. If you do not live within Brown International boundaries, families seeking to attend Brown International can choice in. School choice process seeks to maximize the number of students and families who have the opportunity to attend their most preferred schooling option across the city. A student’s chance of choicing into their most preferred school is dependent upon that particular school’s list of priorities.
Unlike Kindergarten through 5th grade, ECE (Early Childhood Education) students are not guaranteed a seat at their neighborhood or boundary school. A student’s chance of choicing into their most preferred school is dependent upon that particular school’s list of priorities. Please note that students who turn four on or before October 1st are eligible for Brown International’s 4-year-old preschool program. Due to limited space, enrollment is not guaranteed.
The Round 1 School Choice window for the 2024-2025 School year opens January 10, 2024 and closes on February 12, 2024.
