I am so honored to be the principal of Brown and feel like I have found my home. My work is grounded in my core values of belonging, integrity and equity. I am excited to collaborate this year with the Brown community to ensure that our students have a learning experience that is both joyful and rigorous. One of the things I love the most about my role is being able to connect with students, staff and families whether it is in the classroom, on the playground, at Kiss and Go, school events or in the community. I value the partnership between home and school and always welcome your suggestions and questions.
I have had the privilege of living and working in multiple locations with some of my most memorable years being in Australia, but I am most at home here in Colorado near the Rocky Mountains. Traveling as a young family and now as empty nesters has allowed me to see the world and experience cultures and traditions both close to home and across the oceans. I love trying new restaurants and coffee shops, but my favorite thing is spending time with my husband, two daughters, son-in-law and new grandson.
