I joined the BIA family in 2021 and am very excited to be continuing in the IB coordinator role this year! This is my 17th year in public education, which began as a first grade teacher on the Navajo Nation outside of Gallup, NM and has since included teaching 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade, as well as coaching teachers and teaching intervention in K-2 and 4-5. I hope to continue inspiring our teachers, students, and families to be lifelong learners and global citizens eager to make a positive difference in our community and larger world! I look forward to my continued learning in this role, continuing to build my knowledge of the Primary Years Program and continuing to build connections and relationships. I am extremely grateful for the family and community partnerships that continue to make Brown International an exceptional place to learn and grow!
