This is my first year at Brown International Academy! I have 17 years of experience in education working as a 4th grade teacher, 6th-8th grade language arts teacher, reading interventionist, and most recently as an instructional coach.
I wanted to work at Brown because of the amazing community. I got to know Brown as a parent and fell in love. I am passionate about education being the key to opportunity and equity, and believe that the IB/PYP program provides a lens to learn about yourself and the world, and to take action with empathy.
Outside of school, I love to spend time with my husband, my two daughters ages eight and five, and my silly dogs. We love camping, being outside, dancing, reading, and daydreaming.
